Rankings Recognize Well-Rounded University of Dallas Education

IRVING, Texas (Sept. 23, 2024) — This year, the University of Dallas has climbed to the fourth happiest campus in the U.S., according to The Princeton Review’s 2024 report, up from the sixth happiest rank last year. In the same survey of students, UDallas professors earned a spot in the Top 25 “Professors Get High Marks” list.

For the 15th year in a row, UDallas has received the top possible grade from the American Council of Trustees and Alumni (ACTA) “What Will They Learn?” project, which ranks the breadth and challenge of basic coursework requirements at American colleges and universities. The University of Dallas is one of only seven colleges and universities to receive an A+, earned by requiring coursework in composition, literature, foreign languages, history or civics, economics, mathematics, and science.

UDallas continues to be recognized by the Cardinal Newman Guide as a faithful Catholic college and even received the Cardinal Newman Society’s Gold Star recognition for on-campus spiritual life.

The University of Dallas is also a top college as recognized by Forbes and The Princeton Review.

In addition to its academic and student life recognitions, UDallas also ranks as a “Best Value” school on the Princeton Review’s report and places #6 on U.S. News & World Report’s list of Best Value colleges in the West. These distinctions are made based on a combination of factors, including academic quality, cost of tuition, need-based financial aid and career prospects for graduates.

The Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business made the U.S. News & World Report’s Best Business Schools list and was yet again featured on CEO Magazine’s global list of premier DBA programs for the eighth year in a row.
