UD: A ‘Best Kept Secret’ No Longer

The Irving Community Television Network recently featured UD and President Thomas W. Keefe. President Keefe talked about everything from the changes he’s facilitated since his arrival in 2010 to the quality of the education and future plans for the university. He shared a few secrets of his trade and what he believes makes this university so special to its students and to the city of Irving.

“The University of Dallas is one of the finest academic institutions in the country,” President Keefe said.

“I was told during the interview process that we’re the best-kept secret in North Texas,” he said. “My response was, ‘That sounds like a self-fulfilling prophecy.’ If you don’t want to be one of the best-kept secrets, then don’t be. Actually get out and tell people how good you are.”
