As the 2024-25 school year begins, the University of Dallas welcomes new faculty members and congratulates returning members on their promotions.
The annual ceremony celebrates faculty members who show excellence in both research and teaching, as well as those who are retiring.
After having served as interim dean of the Braniff Graduate School of Liberal Arts since January of 2023, Professor of Politics Richard J. Dougherty, MA ’89 PhD ’93, has been appointed dean.
